I was born in 1992, in Lisbon, Portugal. The intense connection that my family have with birds as well as the fact that it started bird watching since childhood, drove me and motivated me gradually to this area of photography that I love so much.
I started taking photographs in 2005. The Art of Photography soon became a passion, and from there I tried to learn more and more, by myself and with the help of some friends. The love for nature’s photography has grown, and in 2008, I started to photograph birds and to publish those images. All my photos reproduce the result of days spent in shelters, under the cold of winter mornings or under the heat of summer afternoons, waiting for the right time, hoping to find the best place with the best light, always searching for a perfect and memorable picture, which reproduces the Nature in it’s splendor. Always with emotion and a great dedication, I try to photograph native and migratory species in the Iberian peninsula.
