I live in the Southwest of Germany, near the french border and "in real life" I run a training stable with icelandic horses. The good thing is that I can take a horse and check my surrounding, which is really good for birds. The bad thing is that I don't have much time for photography, because I have to work really much... I love birds and to watch them and take images is both: relaxing and exciting as well. I love to stay and wait for the right moment to get a special picture. When I have time to travel, I always go for birdphotography. Because of my work with icelandic horses I am used to be on Iceland. There I felt in love with the cute puffin and I went to different countries to see this special birds. I am very fascinated of all the different Owls and Woodpeckers and try to find them where ever I am. In addition to birdphotography I run some workshops which you can find at
